Virtual Coaching

75 minutes: $110
60 minutes: $80

Virtual Coaching can be for a few different areas. We provide virtual coaching for people that require a different method and level of coaching.

Many Licensed and learned practitioners will tell you the way to healing is moving more. But what exactly does that entail? What if I don't have a grasp of what I am doing right and wrong in my everyday life? What if I can walk fine but it's still painful to go up and down steps? What if there were tools and techniques I could do at home to help get out of pain and move more freely, in order to feel better faster?

This Virtual Coaching program is for you.

Through the power of video, we will coordinate together both a routine of stretches, exercises and mobility training to get you moving in the right direction. This is a 2 - 3 month video that will get you off the couch, help you reduce pain and increase strength and mobility.

How we begin the journey back to feeling better requires an assessment. If you've seen a Physical Therapist or D.O. or Surgeon, we can use some of their knowledge to build you a VC program.

Only the Assessment Call is a 75 minute session.

Virtual Coaching sessions are all 60 minutes.

What you will receive in each 60 minute coaching session is:

- Questions and Answer session (including a review of the last session if needed)

- At least 3 - 4 Corrective Exercise techniques and stretches

- At least 2 - 3 Strengthening Exercises

- Video of our sessions

- Follow-up appointments scheduled for 2 weeks

With consistency, over a 2 - 3 month period of time, you should be well on your way to moving way better than before.

Neuromuscular Therapy

90 minutes: $225

Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.

Orthopedic Massage

90 minutes: $225

Orthopedic massage is a style of massage therapy focused on treating painful conditions that affect the soft tissues of the body. Because orthopedic massage is designed to treat medical conditions, it requires extensive training. It involves releasing tense muscles, helping to stretch and lengthen tight muscles and tendons, and decompress rigid joints. My goal is to restore full health to the soft tissues of your body, both treating your specific conditions as well as improving your overall well-being.

Sports Massage

90 minutes: $225

Sports Massage

is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

SportStretch (Thai-style Sports Massage)

90 minutes: $225

SportStretch, or Thai-style Sports Massage) is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.

Structural Integration

90 minutes: $225

Structural integration employs soft tissue manipulation with the goal of realigning the body in relationship to the force of gravity. The theory underlying structural integration asserts that often the body's connective tissue is “bound up”, thus restricting opposing muscles from working independently of one another. Thus, we aim to loosen the restricted connective tissue by using a practice very similar to deep tissue massage. Practitioners typically prescribe a specific sequence of ten sessions lasting between 75 and 90 minutes in order to “unlock” the whole body.
